High Valley Water is a non-profit water company owned and operated by the property owners in Highland Estates, Park City, Utah. We are currently under construction having our main water lines replaced. We apologize for the inconvenience and mess as we get through this challenging project together! In May 2023 the rate schedule was increased to ensure the revenue needed to cover our loan from the State of Utah for the new infrastructure project. If your water bill is set up on automatic bill pay you need to be aware of this change to the rate structure and adjust your payments accordingly.

Construction of upgrades and improvements to the High Valley Water Company water system were financed by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. The DWSRF program is administered by the Utah Division of Drinking Water with joint funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and Utah. This project will replace aging and undersized water pipe and service laterals with new 8" PVC water main and new service laterals to provide improved water quality, pressures, and fire flows for the residents of Highland Estates. DWSRF programs operate around the country to provide states and communities with the resources necessary to maintain and improve the infrastructure that protects our valuable water resources nationwide.

Please note:  Board meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of each month at 7pm at the Basin Recreation Fieldhouse in Newpark Town Center. 

The watering schedule put in place on May 1, 2017 is as follows: Subject to change if drought conditions require.
